BRANKS ("we") runs pickleball court management and local rankings in Bukidnon, Philippines, at branks.pro and in the BRANKS iPhone app. This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it and how to delete it. Questions: admin@branks.pro.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Profile: mobile number, municipality, barangay and province; for players also gender, skill level and an optional profile photo.
- Play: the events you join or RSVP to, check-ins, games, scores, ranking points, ranks, badges, missions and season results.
- Payments: the amount, date and reference of a payment. If you pay by uploading a screenshot, that image is stored so it can be checked.
- Notifications: if you turn on browser notifications, the address your browser gives us to send them.
- Technical: basic server logs (such as IP address and device type) used to keep the service running and secure.
We do not use advertising or tracking tools and we do not sell your data.
How we use it
- To run your account, events, queues, courts and rankings.
- To email you about your account (verification and password reset).
- To confirm payments and keep records.
- To keep BRANKS safe, fair and working.
Who can see it
- Players at a live event: your name appears on that event's public live page (courts, queue and results).
- Rankings: your name, photo, points and rank are shown publicly only while your ranking is unlocked. Otherwise only your player ID (BRANKS-number) is shown.
- Your club's organizers can see the profile and roster details of players in their club's events.
- BRANKS administrators can see account, payment and audit information in order to run the service.
Services we use
- Hostinger hosts the website, the database and the email we send.
- PayMongo processes online payments (such as GCash and QR Ph). It receives only what it needs to take the payment; we never see your wallet or card details.
Keeping and deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from Edit profile, then Delete account (in the app or on the website). This removes your name, email, mobile number, location, photo, notification address and login. Your past games stay in the records of the events you played, shown as "Deleted Player", and you disappear from the rankings. Payment records (amount and reference, not your screenshot) are kept for accounting. If you run a club, contact us first so the club can be handed over or closed.
You can also ask us to correct or give you a copy of your data. We handle personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
