Your account
- Give true information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Players and club organizers use separate accounts.
- You can delete your account at any time (Edit profile, then Delete account).
Playing and rankings
- Rankings, points and ranks are for the local pickleball community and for fun. They are not an official national or international rating.
- Organizers enter and verify results. Scores and points can be corrected or reversed by organizers or BRANKS administrators if they are wrong or unfair.
- Play fair. Cheating, fake results or abusing the system can lead to points being removed or the account being suspended.
What you post
Your name and profile photo can be shown to other players as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload a photo you have the right to use, and nothing offensive or misleading. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. To report a problem, email admin@branks.pro.
Paid plans
Some features, such as unlocking your public ranking or running a club, may need a paid plan. Plans, prices and payment are handled on the BRANKS website. Payments are processed by PayMongo or checked manually by BRANKS.
Safety and responsibility
Pickleball is a physical activity. You play at your own risk and are responsible for your own health and conduct at events. Events are run by independent clubs and organizers, not by BRANKS.
The service
BRANKS is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses that come from using it, to the extent the law allows. We may change or stop features. We will update the date above when these terms change.
