FAQ
Questions about subscribing
Do I earn points while my ranking is locked?
Yes. Your points are recorded from every verified game. Locking only controls what other people can see. When you unlock, your rank and points show on the leaderboards.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your ranking locks until you pay. You stay registered, keep your BRANKS ID and keep earning points.
Can I pay before my trial ends?
Yes, and you lose nothing. Your paid days are added after your trial ends.
How do I pay?
Pay online with GCash, QR Ph, Maya or a bank app, and your ranking unlocks as soon as it is confirmed. You can also scan our GoTyme or GCash QR and upload a screenshot of your receipt. We check those by hand before unlocking.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Each payment buys a set number of days. When they run out your ranking locks, and you pay again whenever you like.
I run a club. Do my players need to pay?
Not if your club has a running club plan. It unlocks every player in the club. Players can still pay for themselves too.
